Common questions and answers about Cara's Cookies:

Q: Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-free cookie options?

A: Yes, I offer multiple vegan flavors including classic chocolate chip and rotating seasonal options. I do not offer gluten-free or other allergen-free cookies at this time because my kitchen handles gluten and allergens regularly, however I take special care to avoid cross-contamination. I also offer vegan and nut-free versions of Cara's Cookie Club.

Q: Where can I find allergen and ingredient information?

A: Each product's ingredients are listed in the product description, and each product comes with an ingredient label. Product labels highlight which allergens are included as ingredients, and which allergens are handled in our kitchen: wheat, soy, sesame, dairy, peanut and tree nut products.

Q: What is your current turn-around time?

A: I ship all orders within 3 business days of order placement, except Cara's Cookie Club, which is shipped on the third Monday of each month. I ship with USPS which is closed on Sundays.

Q: Do you offer pick-up?

A: Although I am not a retail storefront, I do offer curbside pickup in Billerica, MA. Pick up orders take 1-3 days to prepare, except Cara's Cookie Club, which is shipped/ready on the third Monday of each month.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Yes, within my capabilities! If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me with your request.
